Hyper is involved with the parties from the initial pre-development stage (pre-sales) and continues to market the unsold stock and underwritten product to the open market via marketing consultants and real estate agents.
Underwrites, Discounted Sales and Takeouts – Through our network and database we have the ability to source both development stock and individuals who are prepared to either underwrite or purchase product off plan at an arranged discount. Hyper works with both the Developers and the Purchasers in order to achieve a favourable result. Typically a Bank or Finance Company will require a certain level of pre-sales before funding a development project. Most people prefer purchasing a completed product rather than purchasing from a concept plan and drawings.

Hyper is able to arrange purchasers who are interested in purchasing a section, townhouse or an apartment at below valuation on the above basis.

Once passing thru the enabling finance stage, Hyper will dedicatedly work with all possible marketing methodology to deliver the best possible sales results to our developer clients.
